Differnece between ILO and RILOE

Hi all,
I am very eager to know about the ilo technologies. Please tell me what is the differnece between ILO and RILOE by technology and by features?

Shalom,

Seems RILO lets you flash bios and do some other things without bringing the system down.

HP seems to be migrating to it.

Both are worth having, seems that riLo is the future. Some enhanced features require license purchase.
