Disabling the audio alarm on a PowerTrust UPS
Hi there --
One of our servers has a PowerTrust UPS that has a problem with its batteries and/or its internal electronics. The original problem had to do with the unit not having any power coming from it, and no LED lights to indicate the root cause.
The initial solution was to switch the unit from normal to bypass mode, and the server was successfully powered on.
The UPS is not generating an audio alarm with all LED lights blinking. I need to disable the audio alarm, but I am not familiar with how to do it. Can someone provide information on this? Thanks.

Re: Disabling the audio alarm on a PowerTrust UPS
"PowerTrust" is the name of the former HP UPS family - what model?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
