Disaster Recovery 20Gb ext. Colorado

A newbie I'm afraid. OS is Win98SE, 96mb RAM. Have finally got the drive to
work after having to download updated driver epatcd1-41 from shuttlecom's site,
(originally the drive was not recognised as the SCSI controller was yellow
marked and I know nothing about SCSI). Created the disaster recovery then
checked it - fine on boot up with first disk till get to black dos-type screen
where boot hangs saying ASPI Manager for Dos V5-45. I don't know what to do
next. Have tried media in/out - no joy. Manual and help pages do not give any
info.

Are any of you kind people able to help this damsel in distress. (If any of
you know of a way to use the tape drive as a means of storing data without
there being a copy of my hard drive it would be appreciated). Can I only have
one backup on a tape, or lots of separate ones?

Sorry if questions are silly, but I'm on a learning curve with this tape drive.

Many thanks,

Julia Marley
