Re: Disk Config Error
some of your disks are faulty or not properly connected .see NO_HW in status column.
disk 23 0/2/0/1.13.0 sdisk NO_HW DEVICE SEAGATE ST318404LC
/dev/dsk/c7t13d0 /dev/rdsk/c7t13d0
disk 12 0/7/0/0.2.0 sdisk NO_HW DEVICE SEAGATE ST173404LC
/dev/dsk/c5t2d0 /dev/rdsk/c5t2d0
try with following commans
diskinfo /dev/rdsk/c7t13d0
diskinfo /dev/rdsk/c5t2d0
if it is not showing like following replace the disks.
SCSI describe of /dev/rdsk/c1t2d0:
vendor: SEAGATE
product id: ST318404LC
type: direct access
size: 17783240 Kbytes

Re: Disk Config Error
/dev/dsk/c7t13d0
Your problem disk is connect to
Controler number 7 and have SCSI ID 13
I think that you have externel storage.
find out CTRL I 7
usig
#ioscan -nfC ctl
Use HW path and locate the controler (service manual)
Find witch disk are connected to that CTRL
and find disk with SCSI id 13.
Problem:
1. Disk not work
2. Disk was not connect well
