Display Xmanager in workstation

Hi all,

I am working HP A500 server with 11.00. I can telnet and ping to this server but I don't know why couldn't display this server in Xmanager. I have checked the network be fine. So what happened and how to fix it?

check whether the dt daemons are running.

On the server just do a

#/sbin/init.d/dtlogin.rc stop
#/usr/dt/bin/dtconfig -e
#/sbin/init.d/dtlogin.rc start


Now check your xmanager xdmcp broadcast.
still if that does not appear,use xconfig and add that ip address.
