EMS-message about 'Target WWN no longer acceptable'

After placing new memory in my L2000/HP-UX 11.0-box and giving it a hard reboot EMS came up with the following message:
Description of Error:
lbolt value: 7925
World wide name (unique identifier) for following device has changed
nport Id = 0x40592000

It's complaining about the FCMS adapter. Is it a hardware-,software- or 'EMS-bug'problem? Please help, greetz Timo
