I would suggest to make sure that you have the newest version of EMS installed and check into the diagnostics as well.
You can find ems software on www.software.hp.com
If that doesn't do the trick, then provide a little bit more details on your performance problems.

See if the 'cclogd' daemon (chassis code logging daemon) is consuming excessive processor cycles. ['top' is useful here]. There is a known problem in Support Tools Manager A.24.xx on some systems. Patch PHSS_23655 resolves this issue.

I meant to add, too, that for the high CPU utilization bug in 'cclogd' using STM A.25.00, PHSS_24044 applies.
