Everytime I cancel a print job, the LP scheduler sends me an email that 'Deleted print request ID :.... '.
Is there a way to turn off this feature ?
OS Version HPUX 11.11

If you use the '-m' switch with 'cancel' a mail is sent to the user who initiated the print request. Perhaps you have an alias for 'cancel'. Do 'alias' to see if this is set.

We did not use -m while cancelling the job, It still produced the email.
Yes indeed we have all the emails autoforwarded using the aliases to a valid notes id !. I am reading lpadmin manual for 11iv2 and there is a switch "-s" to enable / disable Email alerts. But that option does not work for me as what I have is 11.11
