Re: Error in outgoing mails
do you have any antispamming software installed on your mailserver or smtp server?
"rejected for policy reasons" sounds like it got blocked by a anti-spammer.

Re: Error in outgoing mails
Dit the user try to send a mail or did he supposed to get mail from this user.
If he send it the problem is not at your server but at the accepting server. There is the mail not accepted.

Re: Error in outgoing mails
Thanks for the quick response.
I checked my anti-spamming filters but couldnt find any blocks, none of the messages were quarantined too. I tried sending an email from my own mailbox and it works, with a delivery receipt sent back.
The message was outgoing, not incoming.

Re: Error in outgoing mails
Was there any attachment with the mail and can you check your anti spam policy for rules which defines blocking based on any attachment.
If you have the message, which the user was trying to send, match the contents, attachment, receipent with the policies/rules you have set for your anti spam filter.
