Hi, any zoning issues? Like does the server see anything that it doesn't use?
Are you using multipath?
Have you tried to install Qlogic SANsurfer and see if maybe you can run some tests on the card there?
There is a stor miniport 9.1.8.19 out there it seems. Maybe a newer version might fix it?
