Export Tool

I just had version A.17.00 Support Tools Manager installed on one of my K460
machine. I got my licensing

password from HP and had machine license installed. When I display license the
message:"You have access to all licensed tools on this system". I then invoke
cstm as:
cstm
cstm>sel dev 13
cstm>xt
^-- (ExpertTool ) is currently disabled. --
Can you tell me how do I enable the ExpertTool?
Thank.
PS: Suport Tools Manager (ver A.17.00) works on
my other machines
