Failed clusterware installation

Just i would like to know the right process to un-install failed clusterware installation in HP-UX. I follow the bellow process.

1) remove ORACLE_HOME
2) remove ORACLE_BASE
3) remove init* entries in /sbin/init.d directory
4) remove init* entries in /etc/inittab file.

Apart from these, is there any step which i am missing ?

Thank you.

Re: Failed clusterware installation

Apart from above 4, i will delete and re-create CVM LVs fro OCR and VOTE .

But when ever i am re-installing clusterware again, at the end of installation, when it asks to execute root.sh scripts, at that time it is not formating OCR/VOTE disk. I believe something is wrong which i am missing, becuase of that, the new installation taking some values of my previous failed installation.
