Reports are not failing with this character set on Oracle App version 11.5.10.2

Cause: The NLS_LANG environment variable specifies a character set for which no font is available.

Action: You may choose a font that exists in the character set specified by NLS_LANG. Alternatively,
you may use the Font Alias file to force an available font to be used instead of the one specified in the
report.
