HBA problems

Good day to all!
I have a problem with qlogic 2340 (firmware 1.47) and RHEL 3 (2.4.21-4). I got this messages when I tryed to get LUN on EMC CLARiiON

I have done:
1) Change firmware (from 1.29 to 1.50 --- hba didn't detect LOOP!!!)
2) Change firmware (from 1.50 to 1.47 -- hba detect LOOP)

Just foget =)

This HBA (only with firmware 1.47) work perfectly in win2k3 Enterprice, SUSE 10 (2.6.16).
