HP 6630 overclock?

I think there is room in this processor for more speed! Is there a way? I believe the chip reports its speed sopme how, and can find no software or hardware (jumpers?) settings to change bus speed or multipliers anywhere. Can this be done?

Also: is there good mobo documentation anywhere?
