HP 88780 scsi manual

I need a copy of the HP 88780 9-track tape drive scsi programmer's manual. Does anyone know where I can get this out-of-print manula, or the information? I need to write a scsi device driver, and need to know the legal commands, formats, and interpretation of bits within the messages. Thank you very much
