HP BL465C wont Power ON

Anyone help me please, 
my BL465C cant power on after my customer got power failure.
its been 3 days, i've been reset server and Reseat but it didnt work.

Hi, 

Do you have access to the Onboard Administrator of the chassis. It should show you some more information regards the blade.

Do you have any logs in Onboard?

Try in minimal configuration and another bay.
