HP Blade System upgrade stage and process ?

People,

 

What is the best way to perform the successful HP Blades BL 490c G7 on c7000 G2 enclosure firmware upgrade ?

 

Can I just upgrade the HP Emulex 10GbE Converged Network Adapters and 10GbE Network Adapters firmware or do I have to upgrade the system BIOS, enclosure, OnBoard Admin and also the iLO as well ?
