HP/RTL Language, HG/GL2 Language

I'm a developer in VB.NET for 7 years. But the firs time I'm developing a Software to Handle the Designjet Printers/Plotters. For that I need to use the HP/RTL, HP/GL2, PCL Languages for handling and manipulate the documents generated from the RIPS and to be sent the plotters

Can anyone help me in this case.

I want to use the above language in VB.NET

I assume you posted your question in the wrong forum, since this is the OpenVMS forum dealing with all aspects of ...OpenVMS.
VB.NET seems to point more in the windows direction.
