HP Support - Who do I call?

I am nowin charge of our K460/AutoRAID system. I do not think we have any type of hardware/software support.

What is the number I need to call to purchase support?

I would like to get the Support Plus so I can receive the patch CD's.

Hi Tim:

Since you are in the USA, I believe Contract Support is 1-800-386-1115.

For ordering SupportPlus CDROMs (ant other software), go to SUM at the ITRC:

Clock Maintenance and Support -> Standard Patch Bundles -> Obtain Support Plus...

From the above, you can download or order CDs.

Tim, please be advised that a *number* of firms provide hardware support for HP computers. You will save about 30% off of 1st year list price.

Software support must still be purchased from HP because of copyright issues.
