What type of USB DVD drive are you using? Maybe it is not supported for boot. Did you try the internal drive?

Your external drive may be not supported for boot - did you try the internal drive?

internal drive are damage let me replace it with another itanium CD ROM.

Problem is still there..ihave changed internal DVD drive ...but it reads CD install it and stuck on below mention condition.

Booting Kernel...

after 5 minutes it run some thing very fast and then server restars..

Is it some thing releated to memory thing.

Without the exact message it is hard to suggest something - consider to capture the console log (by connecting to the serial MP port), save the messages and post.

Kindly find the log attached in microsoft word format.

This log is still from your attempt to from from the external USB drive ... consider to configure the console back to the MP serial line and capture all the output.
What do you get when you run this command from EFI shell?

Internal CD is not working soi use External CD Rom through whcih atleast it is running some thing...
