HP-UX Support for HP ColorLaserJet 4500DN Printer.

I am having difficulty getting this printer to work on a 700 series workstation
running 10.20 and serving as its own print spooler. Any ideas on patches or
printer models I might try to get this to work? Thanks for your input.

How is the printer hooked up to the system? Is it direct through a serial or
parallel port, or over the network? Are you using JetAdmin with it? The latest
lp spooler patches might add a model script for the 4xxx series, which would
probably work.

Sorry, I forgot to mention it is on the net and has a JetDirect card installed.
I will try the latest lp patches to see if a new model shows up. Thanx.
