setboot -a
if you get two entries primary and secondary that means disks are mirrored.
lvdisplay /dev/vg00/lvol*|grep -i mirror
if mirror copies is more than 0, it means its mirrored.

# vgdisplay -v vg00
# lvlnboot -v
# setboot
# lvdisplay -v /dev/vg00/...
Test:
boot it!

As stated by above all commands can tell you but If downtime can be arranged, boot from ALT disk.

Its now server and new hp-ux v3.
Its ia64 hp server BL860c server.
It has 2 HDD but not mirrored.
How to mirror 2 HDDs?
