Can anybody advise me about the type of HP-Unix 11.31 Operating system license, feature of each type of license and budgetary cost of each type of license?

Last I checked the base license was about $300 per system. Nobody really pays for that, they get it with the hardware.

Support is where your costs come. Software contract, hardware contract. The only place to get real data on that is your friendly neighborhood HP rep.

Price is going to depend on where you are, and how many you want to buy. Call your local HP rep or reseller for a price.

At least for germany it is common to get the licence for 0 $ if you buy the box and pay for the support ... so it may differ pretty much as mentioned before where you are located.
