HP VA7400 Virtual Array and RedHat 6.2

I am having difficulty running Command View VA on my RedHat 6.2 kernel 2.2.19-6.2.7enterprise, connected directly to the VA7400. I tried QLogic FC HBA and Emulex HBA. Command View version is 1.02. VA7400 firmware is HP13. The error occurs when I click on the VA7400 icon in the cvSDM browser gui. I get "Device Not Responding".
Appreciate any help on this matter.
