HP output server 3.4.1 / Dazel 4 R3 installation

Hi

I have just installed an instance of HP output server 3.4.1 for test purposes and I'm now installing Dazel for R/3 6.1 in order to interface with our SAP environment. After untarring dfr3.tar the files were placed in the repository subdirectory and no other files are there eg. PERL . My installdir is /opt/hpom and the dfr3 files are in /opt/hpom/repository with no links. My DAZEL_HOME dir is /opt/hpom. Should I have made my installdir /opt/hpom/repository when I installed my output server ?
