On what system type?

I know nothing, but I'd guess that you have a bad SCSI adapter or
device (disk?).
In order of increasing desperation, I'd probably:
Look for a suspicious LED indicator on one drive (or on the adapter).
Remove some disks.
Remove other disks.
Presumably, you have all those volume groups for a reason, so you can
expect some trouble when you remove any disk, but almost anything might
be better than a hung SCSI bus.

The device that is causing your issue is: b_dev: cb010002
I believe this corresponds to c1t0d0, but I can't tell what it is.
Whatever it is, it is causing problems on the SCSI bus.
Note that this is also along the 8/4.8 hardware path, per the messages you posted.
