HPUX 11.23 autofs not honoring the -vers flag

I've got a HPUX 11.23 running on ia64.

When I go into the auto_master file and specify the version of NFS to use, the machine doesn't seem to honor the flag..

i.e (auto_master)
/test /etc/auto.test -vers=2

Now on other versions of HPUX (11.11 on pa-risc) this works just fine.

Any ideas?!?

there seems to be about a dozen NFS / automount patches for 11.23.

Are you current on all you patches?
