the OS 10.20
After installing 10/100 BASE-TX network card on 10/16/16 HW path , driver and requaired patches I got the driver loaded on the kernel but I cannot get the card by ioscan can any one help

Are you sure of that path?
I don't even see the Core I/O for 10/16.
I'd try another slot if you have one open.

The attached jpeg shows the backplane of a K 4x0 box, where do you have the card plugged into, and are the lights on?

SolutionThe HP-PB Expansion can be done only after changing the PAL ( programmable array logic) on the main system board. If you have not yet done this, then perform this with HP hardware support personnel, that will solve your issue.
