Hardware can't find the DVD

What if the machine doesn't find the CDROM/DVD? I know the hardware works as I installed 11v3 from DVD onto the Integrity server. However, I don't see a reference to CDROM or DVD once the OS is installed.

Although the drivers from HP failed, the main issue was recognizing the DVD drive. That part worked.
