How to change account reps

We are dissatisfied with the responsiveness and quality of information from our existing HP account rep. Who can we speak to in order to have a better rep assigned to us?

Speak to the Account Rep.'s manager and explain why are dissatisfied. They surely will change your rep. If you don't know who the manager is, ask the rep.

pls call the responce center and explain the difficulties, HP would defenetly take care of it and do the needful.
