How to unblock Windows

Hello,

 

I was online with Microsoft windows, they were cleaning my computer they said I needed to contact HP to unblock Windows so they can continue clean up. Any idea's on this? My warrenty has expired and not sure how to go about doing this..

This isn't the right forum to help you out I'm afriad. This is for records management, sounds like you need PC\laptop support.
