OK.

Now I've got it up and running !

I had to install the HP binary with
MySQL and PHP compiled in, then it
started working properly.

I did not have any problems with the
httpd.conf nor any other part of the
system after this.

good to hear you got it finally running.
According to my experience you won't have any problems
with this config.
