telnet device driver lower service routine, so if you are up to date with telnet driver patch, you need to contact hp support because then it is a new problem.
But doesn't looks like it is up to date.

On 11.23 panic doesn't when dumping the kernel panic stack to console and dmesg, but support tools like crashinfo does.
The first stack given was the one from console,
the second from crashinfo in the attached file.
Rem: crashinfo is the first path analysis hp support tool and should be analyzed by hp support.
