Hpux Perl and GDM Debugger for 11.0

My question is this, Is Perl and GDM Debugger available on the HPUX 11.0 Cd? If so where and do you have to have a password to use them?

I know that you can find Perl on the applications CD (I think it's the last one) and that you don't require a codeword for that. I don't recall seeing a GDM debugger on the CDs, but I may be mistaken as I don't have a CD in front of me.
Cooperation is doing with a smile what you have to do anyhow.
