IMAP rpms for RedHat RHEL 3

I failed to find IMAP rpms for my linux. Maybe anyone can help me with the link?

Use the dovecot IMAP/POP server instead.

Just do 'up2date imap' and you will get the package 'imap-2002d-11' from RedHat Network.

You have two choices (at least).

Dovecot which is on the install cd's and actually works. Its what I use to make squirrelmail work. For some reason yahoo's popmail access doesn't like it.

Cyrus also ships on the cd's and usually installs due to dependencies. It never worked properly with squirrelmail so I dropped it in favor of Dovecot.

Alex,

Dovecot and Cyrus are the two IMAP mailers supplied on the Redhat/Fedora CD's. If you also install redhat-switch-mail this will give you a Gnome GUI for switching between mailers.

Useful Frontends for testing are mutt and Evolution, and they are also part of the distro.
