What do these terms refer to? IPR0103 and IPR0106. I am to install patches but only if I have IPR0103 or IPR0106.

Solution
IPR = Independent Product Release
0103 is March 2001
0106 is June 2001
These were the old names for the Diagnostic bundles which are now called Support Plus (Support Tools).
To check for these bundles:
# swlist -l product |egrep -e "diag|STM|EMS|Sup-Tool" |more
0103 is March 2001
0106 is June 2001

"Downtime is a Crime."
