!!! IRS 7.5 ILO 4 and ASM and Data Collection problem !!!

hi to all,

ı have 3 dl380g8 servers with OS server 2012 at the moment.We had installed IRS 7.5 to one of them.And configured SNMP on the hosting device (allow snmp from all network)

then ,configured ILO for all of my servers ,with correct date and time.And then  configured the ASM on those servers.

then on IRS ,configured RBILC username and password.

NOw i can see the devices on my IRS console ,but the problem is when I try to get  "active health system " or "Data collection" from the ILO interfaces ,the server unregisters from my IRS console, and i have to re register the all servers again.

what am i missing over there ?
