IRS 7 SIM Integration

I have SIM integration adapter installed and enabled and the option 'Forward service events to HP SIM' enabled but the service events are not appearing in SIM. Any ideas?

HP guys, is SIM 7.3 not supported with IRS 7.0.8 !??

How about IRS 7.0.9 though?  I haven't seen any mention of it one way or the other, and I'm still searching for the release notes for 7.0.9 as they are not linked on the Software Depot under documentation.

I guess I posted too soon - Customer Advisory Document ID c04174686 says that HP IRS 7.0.9 is supported with HP Insight Management 7.3.

I would guess one should upgrade to IRS 7.0.9 first, then upgrade HP SIM to 7.3 next.
