I'm afraid the stats might end in a few month. On LinkedIn, Bill Hassell posted:

I might have missed some similar notes here on ITRC.

The reactions on LinkedIn are mostly negative. One is:

"I think it is a new start from the beginning for everyone, like a fresh install of a software. Correct me if I am mistaken but, apparently all experienced member will be a new member here? So, old contributes and history of Olympians will be lost in second? Not fair.
And lots of work is being listed by some contributors like stat list of members.
It is a matter of time to be accustomed to this new platform and its components like titles of hardware we are looking for, as far as I can see there is no hardware sort of support areas there, instead totally different templates over there according to my first logon experiences. Maybe in time we ll be get used to this new structure but it depends, we need to wait for now"

As I said over there, it is unlikely that I will be as active on a new forum as I was and am over here. Certainly I will not write new statistics functionality.

P.S.
From my experience the new business support forum is much slower than the old one - at least with my hardware (terminal server).
I can't see any sense for changing this successful forum.

Yeah, I noticed. Working on that now.

Is caused by wrong optimization: I only look(ed) at 2010, as also looking at all data from 2002 and on took too long, but we're in 2011 now, so all archive data from 2011 was not taken into account.

Updating archives this big takes time though, even in databases.
