Does anyone know if HP provides something like Web API which allow accessing online the patch ( on ITRC) and parts ( on partsurfer ) databases information?

SolutionThe answer to that is a definite NO.
For patches at least, you can do patch analysis from the UNIX command line using swa:

I think what I am looking for is a way to query/search the information from these sites using a tool/utility ( home grown though ) instead of interactive usage.
Is it possible in some other way?
