Ingres to Oracle Database Conversion

We are currently in the process of having our in-house applications written to use the Oracle 8i database. My problem is converting data that is in an Ingres 6.4 database on an HP/UX 10.20 system to a Oracle 8i database on an HP/UX 11.0 system.

I've come across a conversion packaged called "DataJunction" that will convert data, but it may very well be too slow since it used the NT as an intermediate platform.

Anyone have experience with this and can offer suggestions?
