Installation of RHEL using kickstart file on BL860c

I have 4 BL860c and as per our software team they have prepared a Kickstart file want to integrate the RHEL DVD with the kickstart file to boot and install from the kickstart file.

I have tried using the KS file on the USB but it wont recognize as this is Itanium and boots through the boot.iso setup which means that the file should be in the boot.iso if we have to mention the KS file in the DVD not in the top directory of the RHEL IA64 DVD.
