Torsten is right you should have a top level directory that has:

Swap fs0 for my fs2

Directory of: fs2:\

01/10/06 05:19p 1,024 EFI
01/10/06 05:19p 541,306 INSTALL.EFI
01/10/06 05:19p 16 AUTO
01/10/06 05:19p 174 STARTUP.NSH
3 File(s) 541,496 bytes

Try using the INSTALL.EFI file.
fs2:\install

fs2:\> install

Is it 11.23 or 11.31?

I still think there is something wrong with your (connection to the) drive.

I Used An ordinery external DVDRom!!!
Is There any conflict with Part Number of SD?
One Of My friend told me The SD needs a specual box of DVDRom!!!
Is it true or He is kidding me?

I am not kidding you.
As everybody told you, it sounds there is a problem with your DVD Drive. Please just use standard devices as HP recommended. Just be patient for a while and wait for the parts you need to start the server.
