I have noticed that installing openssh-server-3.9p1-8.RHEL4.15 (Part of RHEL4 Update 4) results in duplicate messages in /var/log/secure.
The first being the correct time and data and the second that being UTC with the same data as the first entry.
Anyone know of a fix for this, is it something to do with our configuration (although I cannot see it). It definitely appears to be this update as server running RHEL4U3 dont have the problem, when openssh is updated these duplicates appear.
Robert.

Re: Installing RHEL4U4 results in SSHD duplicates in secure log
Thanks for that. I shall endeavour to lookup Bugzilla before going further next time. 10 points to you!
