Internet Explorer Home Page

Hi, for some reason my internet home page does not renew itself when I first log on. For example, I shut down last night and when I log on today the home page is still is the same as yesterday with the same date. I can click the "Refresh" icon and the page renews. Any ideas on how I can fix? This just started after I had my computer repaired at Best Buy. Thanks for your help.

Is internet explorer set to work offline by any chance?

Hello,
You can check this as well.

On IE go to "tools" ---> Internet Options
and under temporary Internet files, click on "Settings", there for "Check for newer versions of stored pages" select the first one "every visit to the page" or an appropriate one as you wish.
