Is it possible to create a OFA complaint filestructure?

How would you structure your file system on a 2-node Service Guard cluster with 2 cluster packages with one Oracle in each package.
Is it possible to create a structure that is OFA complaint?
Using hp-ux 11v2 on itanium, LVM, SAN, Oracle10G.
