Issue installing RHEL3 on DL380 G5

Hi,
I am trying to install RHEL3 U4 on DL380 G5 and it keeps giving me no HDD/devices found. I dont have a FDD in this machine to load the drivers, Can some one help me with this install please? Is there a way i can create the cd image to include the missing driver?

Maybe you can put it on a usb-stick, and manually mount it under /mnt/floppy in a separate VT when the boot process asks for the driverdisk.

You'll need to use the 'virtual media' in the ILO to specify a driver disk OR use:

linux dd=nfs://blah/ or dd=http:// or ftp://

to specify a driver disk image on a remote mount.
