We just install a juke box ( K460 10.20)
ioscan you can see juke box

Problem: In Omniback you can not see Juke Box.

I will appreciate any info

You need to load the correct drivers into the kernel for your autochanger and
to correctly connect the SCSII cables.

Ensure that your cable configuration is correct for your model device (it is
different for different autochangers). You will find the cable configuration
in the manual for the autochanger.

Also check that you have the correct kernel drivers loaded. This is in
Appendix B of the OB II Installation and Licensing guide.
