LUN become inaccessible

The scenario is that Two server eximdb1 & eximdb2.The model of these server are --HP rx6600, OS:HP-UX11.23, Storage :EMC-CX340C. There are oracle RAC is configured & running in these two server.Some times LUN become inaccessible from storage.After restarting oracle instance LUN become again accessible.
After a few days these LUN become again inaccessible.

Regarding this issue anybody can help.

does it happened in any particular LUN(s)?

What is your cluster file system (Veritas or RAW) or oracle instance file systems(ASM)?

You didn't assigned any points in your earlier thread. Do u know how to assign points? and why?

why r u restaring Instance when LUN become ina accessible? You mean all the paths to LUN? DB restrat is not going to help with PATHrecovery. It may be a coincedence that both happend at the same time.

LUNs belongs to voting disks? or normal disk group?How is the DB reacting when it notice the LUN is not accesible. If voting disk is not available system may TOC.What is the oracle version ?
